I am an unapologetic beauty and product junkie. The thing is that especially since having a child 10 years ago and my deeper involvement in the wellness community what I put ON and AROUND my skin/body has changed dramatically.

What people don’t realize is that our skin is our biggest organ and recent studies are telling us even more about the skin being the gateway to inflammation of many kinds. Many readily available products are linked to problems from allergies to hormone disruption. I am here to help you look at what you have, tell you what I recommend you toss and give you ideas of what might work as replacements for beauty, self care and common household items that are contributing to our body’s dis-ease and less optimal function.

This is a two hour session where we go over the items I want to know about in your bathroom, kitchen and laundry room and give you the down and dirty on known or probable issues. Following this virtual consultation I will send you a write up of all recommendations discussed in the call plus detailed list of replacements sources and ideas.
